Machining Operations

Machining is carried out after moulding to remove excess material and add precise details that are too costly or complex to form within the mould. Through trimming, drilling and milling, parts can achieve tighter tolerances, clean edges, holes, threads and refined surfaces. Assembly Operations

CNC Miling

CNC TURNING

In CNC turning, a metal rod or bar is spun at high speed while precision cutting tools shape it into a smooth, cylindrical component. Our advanced CNC lathes with live tooling enable the machining of complex features such as radial and axial holes, grooves, flats, and slots. Both internal (ID) and external (OD) threading can be performed with high accuracy.
